I couldn’t recommend Champion and there crew enough. From the first email to the day they finished, all staff members were prompt and professional. They did an aluminum fence and a wood fence on the left side of my house. As you can see, the newer fence on the left side of my house (lighter wood) is straight along the top going up the hill. Also, all fence posts are flush with the cross braces showing that no small detail went untouched. This is also the same with the aluminum. The darker fence on the right was not done by Champion and shows the difference between quality vs cheap pricing by competitors.

We have used them for two residential fences and with great workmanship. Most recently had them come back to add a 12 ft gate and the guys that came to install it, Junior I think was his name, was incredible. Super nice guy, great quality work. Would ask for him as my installer for anything from Champion in the future.

Great experience with Eric when he came out to measure, great experience with Brandon when call to schedule even when changes were made to the plans, price was great. Got a call a two weeks before install was scheduled asking if they can come out early to do install Jason and Jason the install crew was excellent and had the fence up in two days really happy with product and the price. THANKS

We had a great experience with Champion Fencing. We started with Joe who is an awesome salesman. He showed us samples of choices of fencing. With the install we worked with Josh & Marcelo who did a fantastic job. We definitely would recommend this wonderful company & we will use them again . Thank you

Had a great experience and great result working with Champion. Eric came out to do our estimate and then kept working with me to explore different design options. Finding a design we liked that worked with all the hills in our yard and our neighbors took some effort. Jason and his crew did great work building the fence and were very easy to work with. We ran into a couple of challenges during construction but Eric and the team stepped up immediately to figure out answers, even at a cost to Champion, and in the end the fence is better than what we originally designed (now we just need to get on the landscaping...). I would use Champion again in a heartbeat.

From start to finish our fence project was as good as anyone could expect. Cody came out to measure and go over options. Champion was the fourth quote I received and was considerably less than the others for the same quality. Cody really knows the business and explained everything in great detail.Tony and his crew showed up early. The job required that our old fence be removed. I had a couple of companies tell me since there was a removal involved it might be a two day job. One member of the crew had the old fence (311 feet) down in 30 minutes. Tony and the other crew member were already installing the new fence as the old one was being taken down.In less than eight hours we had a new, maintenance free, black aluminum fence and we couldn’t be happier.

We used Champion to remove an old wood fence and install an aluminum in its place. Cody was very helpful in the initial appointment and the price was quite reasonable. They stayed in contact with us regarding installation, and on the day of install, they were prompt and professional. JR and Juan were friendly and knowledgeable, taking care not to damage existing landscaping and ensuring we were completely satisfied with the finished product. They are the best! Highly recommend.

Champion Fence Company is absolutely the BEST, from my first contact inquiring about types of fence and cost to the onsite measurements to the installation was without question very professional. Working with Champion was easy until we encountered our 1st problem from their fence installation. Their installation team cracked our irrigation pipes. They used the big heavy auger to dig their holes. My husband contacted Champion to discuss what can be done regarding this issue caused by them. The receptionist stated it’s not their problem & was it marked. Yes, we informed our installers that we had an in-ground irrigation system so to please be careful. We informed them that the sod areas of our side yards had the irrigation system. Our fence looks great but now we have the added expense of our irrigation system repair! Due to this error by them & their lack of responsibility I can not recommend Champion Fence nor would I use them again. Beware!

I am so In love with my new aluminum fence from Champion Fence in Louisville, TN. This is my 3rd fence from them and they give top notch customer service every single time! I have to brag on Cody who came out and gave me the estimate. He is very well mannered, professional and great to work with! Juan and Junior (JR) were awesome! Junior knows his stuff when is comes to the fencing business! They worked like mad men to get it done and I am so happy with the finished product! Be sure to request this crew to come give your estimate and get the job done!

We just had a pool installed and want to move our fence to the back of our property line to get more yard space. Champion was great to work with and did their best to salvage the prior fence panels to keep our costs as low as possible. JR and Juan moved the fence and were so polite and called us out to look at things as they went along to ensure things were as we wanted. We greatly appreciate their service.

We recently had Champion Fence install a 5 ft aluminum fence. Junior and Juan were responsible for the install. First of all, they called the day before to make sure we were on the same page. On the day of the install, they showed up on time and walked the property explaining what they would be doing. Everything went according to plan. The fence looks amazing. They also cleaned up and hauled off the old privacy fence. All post holes from the old fence were filled in and our property was left in better shape than they found it. This was truly an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Champion and especially Junior and Juan for the install. You will not be disappointed!!!

From the quote experience to installation, the team at Champion has been great. Definitely did not receive the quality I was expecting. They have kept in communication with me and answered my calls and emails. They have come for the third trip to fix, hoping to get better quality work. I will say the two crews that have installed have been nice. The owner and sales person have had a harsh tone I’m sure they are annoyed but hoping to get everything fixed,settle up and enjoy this area.

We love our fence that Champion Fence of Knoxville put up, but will never use them again! You are suppose to build 2-8 inches apart from your neighbors fence, but if you use your neighbors fence your supposed to get permission. My neighbor didn't and when we questioned the company all they could say is we took your neighbors word for it that they got permission from you. Neighbors will not answer. I feel like the fence companies should get it in writing.

Champion fence came out yesterday. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Started work right away and finished a 12×98×36×98 wooden fence in 6 hours. I could not be happier with how Charlie and his crew worked. Charlie went above and beyond, added an extra latch on my gate door due to my pups. My fence is also going over a drainage ditch to a creek beside my property. He put boards down on the other side so water could flow thru to the creek. Did the same on the other side. Also was done to help keep the dogs in. I would highly recommend them. They had great prices, and were also efficient . Going to fence more of our yard in a year or two, and they will be our only call.

Cody was our estimator; he gave us quotes for 3 different types of fence. We have a sloped backyard, and he provided suggestions and things to consider.Tony and his crew installed our double picket black aluminum fence. Extremely satisfied with our new cedar privacy fence! We had estimates from other companies who talked poorly about Champion which I felt was unprofessional. Champion did not act this way. Our aluminum fence was installed this week. Eric not only gave great customer service while measuring and discussing the layout, process and options but he also had to answer multiple questions after and was always quick to respond. After multiple quotes Champion came out on top with an American made product, best warranty, and great price. Eric came out and was able to answer our every question and in truth came out twice to make sure the plan was just right. Our three man crew lead by Tony was phenomenal! Champion fence installed a wood fence in our property somewhere on July of 2020. After two weeks of installation, I noticed some of the boards were not nailed and one of the post was warped. I especially called them to fix that warped post. I thought, it would be covered under that "TWO YERAS MATERIAL WARRANTY" . When I talked to a company representative, I was told that the warranty does not cover the warped post, which was interesting. Bending of the post is a material property, if it is not covered, what does that warranty cover. I was even asked to pay $150 to fix that one post, which I denied. Their warranty has no warranty.

Good job on building fence, and was done in a day. However paid in full in advance, 45 days out so there would be no problems in getting materials. At day of planned install all the materials were not available. Talked to rep and explained my position. And he was able to send someone to pick up rest of material's and install happened next day.

I got an estimate over 3 months ago, and had to move my date out at my request. When I was ready they were booked 2 months out, BUT found a way to work me in when someone cancelled. I am totally impressed with quality, materials used, and the outstanding install team led by Charlie, and Alberto I believe. Ask for them.... If I ever have a need for any fence work then Champion is my only call. They arrived ON TIME, reviewed the job with me, communicated extremely well, and I left them alone, as I had to leave. I returned about the time they were completing the fence, and we walked the job. Someone was home if they needed anything, but they needed absolutely nothing. Excellent!! Very pleased!! *****

Cody called me right after I requested a quote online and came out to gave us an estimate not long after. He was extremely helpful and informative. Other fence companies were priced way higher or never bothered to even respond. We were also having issues with our husky escaping and they were able to get us in a month early. This was such a blessing!! Charlie and his crew came out and put the fence up in no time, I couldn’t believe how fast they were and even though they were fast, they sure didn’t lack quality. They even worked through the rain to put our fence up. At the end, Charlie walked around the fence with my fiancé to make sure there were no gaps for our husky to get through and that everything looked good for us. I’m very impressed this company and I love our fence!! Thank you so much!!! I 100% recommend!!

Eric Bergen came to my home to give me a quote on a new fence in April. Several other fence companies quoted me over $11,000. Eric and I collaborated on my needs and his suggestions saved me $2500 over the other quotes. Other quality fence installers I got quotes from were Bryant and Cantrell…I would recommend any of those as well.Remember Champion doesn't remove the dirt they dig up when installing the new fence...I simply used a steel rake to smooth it out. Then followed up with grass seed & straw. Yeah, you the homeowner are still gonna have to do some work. Otherwise it will be muddy (dog owners). It’s a long-term investment I wish I had done years ago. Thanks to the install team of Marcelo, Juan, and Henry. Each earned a $20 tip!

I generally don’t submit reviews for products or services, but felt that my experience with Champion Fencing was truly worth sharing with others. Our sales representative, Eric, was very professional and knowledgeable about the company’s available products. He had personal knowledge of our builder and subdivision restrictions. This knowledge was greatly appreciated when our plans had to go before the HOA for approval. At the time of installation, our area of Tennessee was experiencing extreme heat, temps were hovering in the upper 90s. Antonio and his installation crew arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the installation in one day, under some excruciating conditions. I would highly recommend Champion Fence to everyone. Price was very competitive; however, the reviews about workers and ethics made the decision an easy one.

Very pleased with the sales process, the installation process, and the final product. The sales man (Cody), came with samples of the materials and that really helped facilitate a conversation about the options. The install crew (Charlie's crew) did a nice job preparing everything, going over lines with us before digging holes, coming up with a downright artistic way to incorporate a tree into the fenceline, executing really well, and showing us their work when they were done.

Our experience with Champion was outstanding at every step of the process, from quotation to scheduling and installation. The office provided professional service, and Brandon was able to expedite our schedule which we really appreciated. Our installer, Junior, made sure everything was mapped out the way we wanted and he was able to finish the installation in less than a day (200 ft privacy fence installed in about 4 hours!!). Our fence looks great and we are so happy we chose Champion.

We just had our fence installed and our 3 dogs are in love not being on a leash!! Cody and his crew where superb!! 200 foot linear fence installed in less than 7 hours!!! We recently had a new 7-foot horizontal cedar privacy fence installed by Champion. They were professional and easy to work with throughout the process, from getting the initial quote with Cody, to having it installed by Tony and his crew. They arrived right on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day and had the entire project finished by the end of the day. You can't beat the professionalism and work ethic. I recently had a horizontal fence installed on 06/03/20. The installers were Junior/JR and Juan. When they arrived, I asked them if any one else were coming to help them install the fence. They replied no! With that said, JR and Juan installed the fence by them self's. Just two people, (Really) A six foot fence, 181 feet. Well they done a professional job and I was totally impressed. They were really nice guys and they answered all my questions. They build a very sturdy, beautiful fence. The craftsmanship was second to none. Thank You JR and Juan.

What a pleasant experience hiring Champion fence Co. Joe has a top notch business. His attention to detail was impeccable and exact sketches. And the crew lead by Tony were punctual, hard working, flexible, and patient with my special request, and finished a very large 7' privacy fence in one day. From the initial estimate to the installation, the people at Champion Fence were professional and competent. This family owned business was extremely knowledgeable about my fencing options and answered all my questions. Their Christian values and community care were a huge help to me. Eric have us an estimate. He was very helpful with giving us choices for our back fence. The sides were privacy but the back needed something lower. Josh and his crew(Wayne and Dalton) were very friendly, polite, hard working and efficient. Finished our fence in one day. Cody came and gave us an estimate for our front yard. He was the only one who provided samples. That was extremely helpful because I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted. Joe came out and gave me an estimate and sold me immediately based on his knowledge of fencing and what I should put up since I live out in mountains/woods. I'm so glad I did because the crossbuck fence looks beautiful and fits in with the landscape. Plus, I feel a lot safer when letting my new pup out in the middle of the night having that barrier there. It definitely has given me peace of mind. Jason and Bill came out and put up the fence and did a wonderful job. They were meticulous with every detail and got the job done in a timely fashion. We had Charlie and his coworkers out yesterday to remove 240 ft of aluminum fencing and put up 118 ft of 6 ft tall privacy fencing. They started at 1 pm and were done by 5:30. I was amazed. Theses guys were great to work with, as I had a few special requests. They did a great job and the finished product is exactly what I wanted. 5 stars here. I have used Champion several times in the past and have always been satisfied with their pricing (competitive) and their workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend Champion.

We needed a fence for our senior dogs after moving to the area and Champion Fence promptly responded to our request for a quote. They came out the day after we sent them a request, measured the fence line and gave us a quote the next day. Just had my “Floridian” style fence installed today by Greg and his crew. From the very first meeting with Cody to go over the initial estimate, communication and service were second to none...and this includes the actual install process as well as the quality. First Off - Great Service from Louisville site Ben, the office contact, and Wayne & Josh the installers! Working with Ben when we contacted Champion after deciding to replace our old-old chainlink fence - the hardest part in our upgrade was deciding on material and style due to the large variety of options provided. We decided on the "Floridan" horizontal picket. Wayne and Josh who installed the fence did a great job. They had to work in a curve around our driveway (which looks great) and they came up with a unique solution to install a panel section through a stump that will need to be removed later. They installed the fence on Thursday Nov 21 with a quick finish up on Friday morning. It rained the next day and as Wayne stated the dry pack around the base of the fence posts set up solid as poured concrete. Work with Ben to decide what style of fence you want from Champion Fence then ask for Wayne & Josh to install.

Nothing but good things to say about Champion and all of their employees! Stopped into the office and had a couple of questions for the ladies at the front office! They were knowledgeable and answered my questions. We scheduled a measurement and quote to install a 3 rail wooden fence with wire backing. Cody came out the next day and walked me through the process, educated me on their new materials, and best layout options for my yard. He was very personable in person and when I called back with questions concerning the type of wood I wanted to use. The instal crew did a great job! My yard was a two day project and on day two it came a rain and snow storm. I didn’t expect the crew to show up that day due to weather. When I got home they were there working in the bitter cold and wet and completed the job by the end of the day! Can’t say enough good things about my experience from Champion Fence Company!!

Our new Champion fence exceeded our expectations! We had over 1000 feet of aluminum fence and several gates installed and everything turned out just as expected. From the estimate appointment with Cody to the installation, everything was perfect. No pressure to sign the contract and straightforward, helpful customer service. Have to give an extra special thanks to Junior and Juan who spent ~ 2 1/2 days in the hot sun installing our fence. We had an old wooden fence in our backyard that was starting to rot. We decided to go for a more modern aluminum fence. Champion offered a good deal for the work, including carrying away the old fence. Juan and JR were on the work team, and they both worked like.. well, champions to get the work down. The new fence looks fantastic, and they made sure to use a blower to clean up the work area when they left. The gates work very smoothly, and it's a great upgrade to the overall appearance of the backyard. Our experience with champion fence has been great from the beginning. When we called and requested an estimate they were very happy to have someone come by and speak with us. Reasonably priced. Work began on the day Champion said it would. Our crew consisted of Junior and Juan and they were both excellent. They were professional, efficient, and polite. New aluminum fencing installed on a retaining wall and stretches of wood fencing (originally installed by Champion) put back together (we had taken sections down during a construction project). The aluminum fencing looks fantastic! Thanks Junior and Juan! Timely updates from their office about the crew's schedule (work was done over the course of a couple days). Very pleased. I have dealt with Champion Fence for the past 15 years. They Have put up two fences and repaired them both. I recently put up a new fence that has sections of 10 and 12 feet tall. They started and finish on time. I decided last minute to add more to the fence and they were able to accommodate me very quickly. I highly recommend Champion and I am very happy with my new fence.

We have a fairly large yard. Champion gave us the best price from four estimates. They sent a crew to remove and dispose of the old fence. The fence removers did an outstanding job and were in and out in very short time. On installation day, two crews showed up at 8:00 and quickly went to work. I was certain it would take them two days to complete the job. I was pleasantly surprised to be wrong. They were done by 3:30 PM. Jr, Josh, and Juan were outstanding. They installed a couple of long spans of aluminum fencing. Beautiful job!! True professionals. I didn’t catch the names of the crew doing the chainlink but they were equally skilled and professional. Overall a great job. I will not hesitate to recommend Champion to my friends or family.

champion fence really did a great job on our fence. We ran into an issue that was my own fault and they corrected it same day. They went above and beyond my expectations. The pricing was very reasonable ! We got powder coated aluminum and it looks great! We have self closing gates and they work perfectly. Josh and Wayne did the job and were very professional! Explains everything to me step by step. They installed on the hottest day of the year so far with a feels like of 97 or more. They worked until the job was finished so they didn’t have to come back a second day. They stayed until 8:30 finishing up. Like I said I will recommend champion to anyone looking for fencing. I am beyond satisfied!!

Champion Fence installed a Floridian-style cedar fence on our property. My neighbor texted, “Your fence is magnificent!” - and it is! We are so pleased! Champion just installed 450 feet of fence with 3 gates for me. The installation is superb! JR and Juan had to contend with many offset angles, a very steep yard, and rocky soil. They were fantastic, they answered all our questions, made logical suggestions, and got the entire job completed in 1 day. Champion Fence Company did a great job with our new fence! They were the most responsive fence company in Knoxville when our fence was torn down by the November 2018 tornado. I just wanted to take a moment here to share what I feel every single person interested in a fence should know! We reached out to champion fence a few weeks ago and spoke with Eric Bergin. He very quickly came out to our house, did a free estimate and had the estimate back to us in THE SAME DAY! the overall professionalism that Eric showed amongst himself and the company that he works for was an extremely easy pick for us. They got held back a couple weeks due to the extreme rain we had but they immediately called us and informed us of the delay and were very polite in doing such. They showed up Monday morning and Tony knocked on the door to meet us and let us know they would be beginning work. They were finished completely with the job Tuesday afternoon and picked up every single bit of scrap they had. I am more then ecstatic and pleased with the quality, speed, and professionalism that champion fence provided. I referred them to a very great friend of mine three counties away, again Eric drove down provided a free estimate and landed another job with my friend from the overall professionalism and ease of dealing with champion! I had a 6’ cedar fence installed back in March 2017. The fence looked great and the price was pretty good. Part of the design was an 11’ gate across my driveway, which I stressed the importance of constructing a gate that would not sage during the quoting process and again during the installation. After a few months the left side of the gate had sagged to the point that that is was rubbing the right side and becoming difficult to open and close. In addition a few of the post around the fence were visibly warped. The fence came with a “two year warranty”, so I gave Champion a call. They sent someone out to look, and I was immediately told gates and warping posts are not covered under the warranty….go figure. My biggest complaint it the fact that I stressed the importance of a sturdy gate. My previous fence had an 12’ pressure treated gate that never sagged over a 8 year period before we sold the house. Now I’m waiting for the weather to warm up so that I can completely remove my gate and reinstall myself after spending a pretty sustainable amount on the new fence. It’s disappointing that I have to fix these issues out of my own pocket because their 2-year warranty is basically useless.
